Contractors: Refer Your Clients
Clients Get Better Settlements.
You Get Bigger Jobs.
Help your clients get the settlement they deserve while protecting your bottom line. Ensure every project is fully funded with a professional Estimate & Claim Review.
How the Referral Works
Why the Homeowner Has to Be the Client
The insurance policy is a contract between the carrier and the homeowner. Legally and ethically, our loyalty must lie with the policyholder. By keeping the homeowner as the primary client, we ensure total transparency and compliance with public adjusting regulations. In Ohio, only a licensed public adjuster (or an attorney) can negotiate a claim for a homeowner. Keeping the homeowner as our client keeps you on the right side of that line

The Ground Rules
We're upfront about how this works, because the clarity protects your client, your company, and our license.
No referral fees, in either direction. We don't pay for referrals and we won't accept payment for sending work your way. Nobody's cut is buried in the homeowner's settlement.
The homeowner is always the client. They hire us, they pay us, they own the report, and they decide who sees it.
Everything in writing, everyone copied. We communicate with you only after the homeowner authorizes it, and they're copied on all of it. No side conversations about their claim.
We don't do repair work and we have no interest in yours. Ohio bars licensed public adjusters from performing or holding a financial stake in repair work. We write estimates and review policies. You build.
